Pastor Rick Pardee joined the staff at Falls Baptist in August, 2000. Pastor Pardee assists Pastor Van Gelderen by overseeing the Elementary Sunday School Division, superintending Falls Baptist Academy, and teaching philosophy and education courses in Baptist College of Ministry. He holds a B.A. in Pastoral Studies and an M.A. in Bible and is currently pursuing an Ed.D.
Pastor Pardee previously served as associate pastor and senior pastor at East DeWitt Baptist Church (now Heritage Baptist Church) in DeWitt, Michigan, as well as administrative assistant and professor at Fairhaven Baptist Church and College in Chesterton, Indiana. Rick and his wife Janie have seven children: Heather, Sarah, Elizabeth, Rebekah, Rick Jr., Ruthanna, and Shelley. The Pardee’s oldest daughter Heather married Oriel O’Gorman from Dublin, Ireland, in 2006. Oriel and Heather with their four children are currently planting a new church in Arklow, Ireland.
